Joshua Hinkle is a Community Banker and has worked in the financial industry for 18 years in the Norman Area. Joshua is a product of Norman Public Schools and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a B.A. in Human Relations. Joshua also holds a Master's in Public Administration from Randall University.
Hinkle is an alumni from several civic exploratory programs, such as; Leadership Oklahoma, Citizen's Police Academy of Norman, Leadership Norman, and Team South. Hinkle has also served on the board of directors for the Norman Art's Council, Firehouse Art Center, Norman Next, Dale K. Graham Veteran's Foundation, as well as volunteered with Big Brother's Big Sisters of Norman, The Center for Children and Families, Thunder Bird Clubhouse, Norman Care-a-Van's, and The United Way of Norman.
Hinkle currently serves as a the Ward 6 Representative for The City of Norman's Economic Development Advisory Board, as well as serving as a member of the Cleveland County Community Correction Planning Committee.
